Introduction

A simple protein shake that I added to ease adding to my daily meals rather than entering all the ingredients separately. Regardless, this is an amazing shake! Life's Basics protein is probably the best protein powder I have ever tasted, and I have tried many including most of Optimum Nutrition's proteins before I went vegan. Ingredients

    1 scoop LifeTime Life's Basic Plant Protein
    1 Tbsp peanut butter
    1 cup soy milk
    1 banana

    Blend well!

    Add water in small amounts to reach desired thickness.
