Introduction

Hot! Great for those cold nights. Hot! Great for those cold nights.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 - 15oz can diced tomatoes
    5 - 8 oz cans tomato sauce
    1 - 26 oz can Ranch Style Beans
    1 tsp salt (optional)
    1/2 Tbsp course ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    2 Tbsp Chili Powders / Blend
    1/8 cup chopped jalapenos (jarred is okay)
    2 Tbsp of the jalapeno juice

    Use "no salt added" options wherever possible.

Directions

Brown meat with onion and drain. In large cooker, mix all other ingredients. Add in drained meat and onion. Bring to boil and simmer stirring as needed on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers and milk. Makes a good frito pie too.

Makes approximately 10 - 1 cup servings.
