Ingredients

mix sliced rhubarb, white sugar, cinnamon, and quick oats - place in bottom of 9x9x pan
then mix shortening/butter, soda, baking powder, flour and brown sugar...blend well, spread over first layer and bake

I replace the shortening with unsweetend applesauce and both sugars with splenda choices - it makes a big different but I just put the traditional recipe for people to edit as they prefer
