Whole Wheat Garlic Cheese ToastSubmitted by: DAWNKEY1975
2 Whole Wheat Hamburger Rolls, cut in half
1 Tbsp Margarine made with Olive Oil
2 cloves or 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/3 c shredded low fat cheese
Cut both hamburger rolls in half, put aside. Crush garlic. Mix crushed garlic (or garlic powder) into the margarine. Spread 1/4 of the garlic margarine on each of the bun halves. Divide the cheese into 4 parts and sprinkle each bun half with 1/4 of the cheese.
Place the buns on a cookie sheet, broil until cheese is brown and bubbling.
