Ingredients

    1 14oz can peas and carrots
    4 potato cut in cube and cooking water
    1 5 oz can of tuna
    2 tbs margarine
    1 onion
    2 tbs of flour
    1cup of skim milk and water if needed
    6 slices of whole wheat

Directions

put margarine and onion in a pan and brown lightly and put the flour and stir then put the milk and stir if it is to thick pour a little water until it is at the right thickness you like and then put the peas and carrots and potatoes. put all in a oven dish and put some bread on top and put in the oven to brown the bread and serve oven at 350 30 min
