Good to make a big batch on Sunday and reheat with added water (enough to bring the creamy texture back) for roughly 5 minutes on the stove for a quick healthy breakfast. Ingredients

    2 cups steel cut oats
    3 cups water
    3 cups apple juice, unsweetened
    1 cup cranberries dried
    1 cup golden raisins
    .5 cup chopped walnuts
    .5 cup chopped almonds

Directions

bring oats water and apple juice to a boil then down to low to simmer about 20 minutes. Add fruit and nuts and cook about 10 more minutes or until most liquid is absorbed.
