Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa cooked
    1 cup sprouted black eyed peas(or cooked)
    0.5 cup chickpea flour
    0.25 cup coconut oil
    2 cloves garlic
    chili flakes, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients in food processor
grease pizza pan
press dough into pizza pan
add light toppings
i like marinara sauce and a sprinkling of veggies
cook for 45 minutes at 300 degrees
cut into 12 pieces

  • I really liked this unleavened pizza crust. Adding some great nutrition instead of empty carb calories was an added bonus for me. I modified it, as I did not have any black-eyed peas in the house - just left them out. - 7/13/12
