Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb cooked turkey breast meat
    5 cups chicken broth (or 5 cups water + 1 cup turkey drippings)
    3 chopped carrots
    3 chopped celery stalks
    2 cups chopped mushrooms
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp basil
    1/2 tsp rosemary
    1/2 tsp parsley
    1/2 tsp tarragon
    1/2 tsp coriander
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Makes 10 1.5 cup servings. Put turkey, broth and spices into pot and simmer for 90 minutes. Add chopped vegetables until vegetables are tender.
