4 4oz cups of Fiber One vanilla yogurt (or 2 8 oz cups of any vanilla yogurt, but the fiber content will change in the recipe)
1 box of White Chocolate Instant Pudding (Fat Free/Sugar Free)
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 can (drained) of mandarin oranges
1 tub of Fat Free Whipped Topping (cool whip)
Makes 12 servings

Sounds delicious, but I am always wary of these low calorie desserts, because then I think I can have two! - 12/4/09

If it makes you feel better, I underestimated the number of servings on this and I think it is more like 16 instead of 12. You could have 2 servings and still be in good shape!
