Hot Cocoa

Introduction

Good Homemade Hot Cocoa. I used Vanilla Soy Milk for extra flavor and to cut the amount of sugar used. Good Homemade Hot Cocoa. I used Vanilla Soy Milk for extra flavor and to cut the amount of sugar used.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tsp Sugar
    1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    2 tbsp hot water
    1 C Vanilla Soy Milk

Directions

Combine sugar, cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg and hot water in a sauce pan. Stir until smooth and bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Continue to boil and stir for 2 minutes. Slowly add in soy milk and heat. Do not boil the milk.

Makes 1 1-cup serving
