Introduction

Yummy, comfort food! Great with ham & beans or your favorite soup. Yummy, comfort food! Great with ham & beans or your favorite soup.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can corn
    1 can cream of corn
    1 box of jiffy mix
    1 cup egg beaters
    4 tbs Promise fat free margarine
    8oz sour cream, light or fat free
    shredded cheese as a garnish, optional (not included in calories)

Directions

Mix all together and bake at 350 for about 45-55 mins

You can add cup of sugar if you want it sweeter.
You can top it with cheddar cheese also.
(this will add to the calorie count).
