Buffalo Chicken Pizza



Introduction

I don't know what's better -- the low fat/low cal pizza or the convenience of this recipe. The premade crust and precooked chicken pieces make this a fast and healthy solution for my favorite pizza. Ingredients

    1 whole wheat pizza crust, premade
    6 oz carved grilled chicken breast
    1 tbsp cayenne pepper
    4 tbsp wing sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 cup non fat butter spray
    1/2 cup reduced fat colby jack cheese

Directions

12 inch pizza -- 8 slices

Preheat oven as directed on pizza crust package. Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with cayenne pepper.

In bowl, mix hot sauce, garlic powder and fat free butter. Toss chicken into sauce..

Pour chicken mixture over top of pizza crust. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake according to crust package directions.
