Introduction

Ingredients

    3c Tomato juice
    12 oz Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1/2 White Onion chopped
    2 Garlic cloves chopped
    1 c Green Bell Pepper chopped
    1 can Diced Tomatoes canned in tomato juice
    1 Tbs Chili powder
    1 Tbs Parsley, dried

Directions

Brown ground beef, add rest of ingredients & simmer 30 minutes. Stirring often.
