4 cups chicken broth/bouillon
I can chopped tomatoes(you can use the kind with spices already added but you still need to add your own)
1 onion chopped
1 ts garlic
2 tbls basil
2 tbls oragano
2 oz long grain rice
1 ts margarine
In a 4 qt pan.
Saute onion and garlic in the margarine for about 2 minutes
Add canned tomatoes and spice.
Pour in boiling broth. Add rice.
Simmer together for 20 minues!
