Meat and Bulgur Bake (better homes and gardens)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    lean ground beef, 1 pound
    Del Monte no salt added diced tomatoes, 1 can
    zucchini, sliced and diced
    bulgur, uncooked
    onion, chopped
    basil, 2 tbsp dried
    pepper, to taste
    veggie mozzarella cheese or other cheese of choice

Directions

Combine all except cheese into baking dish

Bake uncovered, 375 oven, for about 50 minutes until bulgur is tender. Sprinkle with cheese, return to oven and continue to cook about a minute more, until cheese melts on top.

Serve with fresh green salad.
Add lentils for added protein to this dish.
