Tuna Melt celery

Introduction

You can save have of your tuna salad to make in a tomato latter or for another day. I always make 4-6 eggs and save to have in the fridge. Ingredients

    *Kraft miracle whip regular, 4 tbsp
    Bumble Bee 5 oz chunk white Water drained, 1 can
    Celery, raw, 1/3 cup, diced
    Red Onions, raw, 1/4 cup,
    chopped Hard Boiled Egg, 1 x large
    Pickle Relish, 1/2 tbsp

    16 4" pieces of celery sticks
    2 serving Sargento Mild Cheddar fancy shedded, 1/2 cup

Directions

Start your eggs in hot tap water and boil for 15 mins.
While they are cooking chop up your onion, celery and add to your tuna, pickle relish and Miracle whip (if you want to go lower carb use mayo and a little splenda for sweetness and a splash of mustard for tang.)

Put your eggs in a ice bath, after you peel put back in ice bath.
chop up egg and put in tuna mixture.
put a 1/4 of mixture on top of each muffin
and testpoon cheddar on top of each ( use low fat or fat free slices on top if you like)
stuff inside 4" celery sticks
