IntroductionGreat for a quick breakfast! Great for a quick breakfast!
Strawberries, frozen - 3/4 cup whole
Raspberries, frozen - 1/4 cup whole
Blueberries, frozen - 1/4 cup
Banana, frozen - 1/2 cup sliced
Plain, lowfat yogurt - 1/2 cup
Whey Protein powder mix - 1/2 scoop
1/4 cup skim milk - to thin out mixture (protein will make it thick)
Ice cubes optional if not using frozen fruit
Makes about 2 cups
*Tip: Ahead of time, combine fruit portions in separate containers & freeze for an even quicker prep time!
