I make this for Sunday Brunch probably 2 weeks out of every month. Its probably could be made healthier with some whole wheat flour... I may try that later. Its delicious, and extremely filling. Ingredients

* Bob Evans Cooked Ground Sausage, 8 oz (that's half a package...)
* Flour, white, 1/3 cup
* Chili powder, 1 tsp
* Lawry Seasoned Salt, 1/2 tbsp
* Pepper, black, 1/2 tbsp
* Paprika, 1/2 tbsp
* Milk, nonfat, 2 cup
Directions
Brown sausage in a 12 inch pan. Mix all dry ingredients in a ziploc bag. Turn heat off in pan and mix flour in until its all meat is coated. Add 1 cup milk, turn heat back on medium low and stir until the gravy starts to loosen up a bit, add second cup. Keep stirring until gravy reaches a consistency you desire.
Makes 4 servings. Serve on Biscuits or toast.
