BBQ Chicken Salad

Introduction

A light & delicious alternative to your typical chicken salad A light & delicious alternative to your typical chicken salad
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 cups lettuce
    1 lg. chicken breast , sliced
    6 slices cucumber
    1/4 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbs. olive oil
    4 tbs. Shaw's Bacon Ranch Dressing
    Generous shake of Weber BBQ Seasoning

Directions

Place olive oil in frying pan and add onions.
Cook onions until transluscent.
Add sliced chicken breast.
Sprinkle each slice with seasoning mix.
Brown chicken on both sides.

Meanwhile, shred your lettuce and slice cucumber. Prepare salad as usual, adding whatever extras you'd like and place onto 2 dinner plates.

2 tablespoons of dressing on each serving of salad and then top with cooked chicken and onions. Enjoy!
