Introduction

Ingredients

    steel-cut oats, pumpkin, dried cranberries, coconut, coconut oil

Directions

Makes 4 generous servings.

Put oats and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for approximately 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until oats are soft.

Put cooked oats into six serving dishes. Top oats with rest of ingredients starting with pumpkin. Looks so festive and is so yummy!
