Ingredients

    water, 10 C.
    celery, 2 stalks
    carrots, sliced, 2 C.
    onion, 1 med. chopped
    garlic, 2 cloves minced
    peas, frozen 1 C.
    green beans, frozen 3/4 C.
    potatoes, 1 1/2 C. chopped
    broccoli, 2 bunches, including sliced stalks
    chicken breast, 3 boneless/skinless, cooked

    Dumplings:
    2 eggs, well beaten
    whole milk, 1/2 C.
    salt, 1/2 tsp
    flour, white 3/4 C.
    flour whole wheat 3/4 C.

    vinegar, 3 Tbsp
    cream, 2 C.
    dill weed, 1 Tbsp

Directions

Boil water, add prepped vegies, cook for 25-30 minutes. While soup is cooking, mix dumpling ingredients. Spoon dumpling mixture by scant teaspoons into soup. After they rise to the top, remove from heat to stop boiling, add vinegar, cream and dill. Taste improves with time, so great left over or made ahead of time.
