Easiest Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

    1 c nonfat milk
    2 tbsp flour
    1.5 oz quesadilla melting cheese, chopped
    2/3 oz sharp cheddar cheese, chopped

Directions

Heat saucepan over medium heat, add flour. Add milk, stirring constantly until homogenized with flour. Continue stirring until milk begins to boil--this takes longer than you think!

When mixture has come to a boil, turn heat to low and add cheese, stirring constantly to melt.
