I pouch Betty Crocker gingerbread cookie mix
1/8 cup splenda
1 8oz package of fat free cream cheese
2 cups cool whip
1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 t vanilla extract
Take the remaining dough and smooth it into the bottom of a rectangular 13x9 inch pan. Cook the pan of cookie dough in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Mix softened cream cheese with the cool whip, splenda and vanilla.
When the pan of cookie dough is cool, place the cream cheese mix on top.
Crumble the 5 cookies on top. Enjoy!! Tastes best if let to set in the refrigerator 1-2 hours.
