Introduction

Ingredients

    * OnceAgain Tahini Butter, 30 gram(s) (remove)
    * McCann’s Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, 240 gram(s) (remove)
    * Friendship All Natural Farmers Cheese, 240 gram(s)
    * 2 tsp lemon juice
    * 2 tsp cumin powder
    *1 tsp of black pepper
    *1 tsp salt
    *1 tsp of chilli hot sause

Directions

Bring four cups of water to boil, add Oats and reduce to simmer. Cook until most of the water is absorbed. Towards the end steer slowly to prevent burning. Once desired consistency is reached turn off the heat, add Tahini, lemon juice and rest of spices. Steer until everything is combined. Add more salt or other spices to taste. Turn off the heat and add farmers cheese, continue steering until everything is combined. This dish is great the next day cold. A great "to go" work lunch.
