Introduction

These are great for kids too! You can use any combination of yogurt flavors and fruit. I like the whole yogurt because it makes this snack more filling and is offset by the small serving size. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 6oz containers cream top fruit flavored yogurt
    1.5 cup strawberries
    .25 cup natural sugar
    1 tspn real vanilla extract

Directions

Slice fruit and sprinkle on sugar and let sit for 30 minutes. Add fruit and other ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Divide into 10 small dixie cups. Place in freezer until slightly frozen and then put a plastic spoon in each cup and freeze until hard.
Feel free to use less sugar if you have sweet fruit.
