Boneless Skinless Pork Chops (3 - raw)
Seasoned Bread Crumbs (1/4 cup)
Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (1/4 cup, grated)
Garlic Powder (1 Tbsp)
Smart Balance Oil (2 Tbsp)
Brush oil on chops, then coat chops with crumb/cheese mixture
Brown chops in pan on stove on medium heat for 1 minute on each side
Bake chops at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, then bake for another 10 minutes
Remove from oven and let sit (covered) for 10 minutes, then serve!
