Lemon Pepper Chicken

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Chicken Tenderloins1 package
    Lemon Pepper Marinade, 1 bottle, 12 oz
    1/4 C Onions, chopped
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 T white flour
    1/2 C sour cream, fat free
    4 T parmesan cheese
    1 T paprika
    3 C dry macaroni noodles

Directions

Marinade chicken with entire bottle for 1-4 hours

Saute onions in large skillet until opaque.
Pour marinaded chicken into skillet with marinade. Add garlic. Cook over medium high heat covered, turning chicken over several times (replacing lid) until cooked through - about 15 minutes. When boiling, mix in flour until thickened slightly. Reduce heat to low. Add paprika and parmesan, mixing well. Stir in sour cream until mixed and heated through. Remove chicken from pan. Stir cooked macaroni noodles into sauce. Serve with chicken.
