Flour sugar baking powder eggs vanilla anise seeds butter salt
Beat eggs and all wet ingredients add flour and baking powder to form a dough. Make 4 long cigar like rolls patting the top a little. Bake 350 for 15 minutes on upper rack or until lightly brown. Take out of oven and cut on a strong bias 10 biscotti per roll with a pizza cutter. Let cool and dry completely before storing.
