Introduction

I absolutely love Kashi GoLean Cereal, but when you add the rest....it makes it 10x better!! I absolutely love Kashi GoLean Cereal, but when you add the rest....it makes it 10x better!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    *1 cup Kashi GoLean Cereal
    *1 scoop Vanilla Whey Protein Powder, Body of Fortress
    *8 oz. Almond Breeze Milk, Original

    You can use whatever cereal you like I'm sure, as well as whatever powder you like. Substitute Almond Breeze for 1% Milk if you would like as well.

Directions

*Mix milk & protein powder in shaker
*Add to cereal

It's a little bit too much milk for me...so I just drink the rest. =)
