Bison Chili

Introduction

You won't be able to tell the difference between this and beef chili. I make a double batch because it is great reheated and makes additional meals - like chili dogs, cheesy chili baked potatoes, etc. You won't be able to tell the difference between this and beef chili. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs of Ground Bison
    3 cans (15.5oz) seasoned Chili Beans
    1 can (15oz) Black Beans
    1 can (8oz) Tomato Sauce
    1 packet (1.25 oz) Chili Seasoning Mix

Directions

Brown and drain ground bison. Add Chili Seasoning Mix to cooked bison; mix well. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well. Heat thoroughly on low heat - approximately 30 minutes. Serve immediately
Serving size is approximately 1 cup.
