* Half Banana cut lenght wise
*1/4 cup Fresh cut in Halves Strawberries
*Smuckers Sugar Free Strawberry Jam @ 1 TBSP
* Post Grape-Nut Cereal- I use the TrailMix kind or you can subsititue with any healthy cereal, Rice Krispies works well also.
Great for a Snack or for healthy Breakfast.
