Introduction

Weight Watcher recipe. Sometimes I use lipton dry onion soup in place of the chopped onion. Weight Watcher recipe. Sometimes I use lipton dry onion soup in place of the chopped onion.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    1 box stovetop stuffing (whole wheat)
    1/2 C. chopped onion
    1/2 C. water (if needed to 'loosen' mix)

    topping:
    1/4 C. ketchup
    1/4 C. bbq sauce

Directions

Mix all ingredients, minus topping.
Scoop into muffin stone or tin
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
Mix topping ingredients
spread on top of 'muffins'
Bake for another 5-10 minutes
Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
