Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    (10) Slices Healthy Family White Wheat Bread
    (6) large eggs(or equivelant egg substitute)
    (3) cups nonfat milk
    (2) Tbsp dried parsley
    (3/4 tsp dry mustard
    (1/2) tsp salt
    (8) oz pkg shredded fat free cheddar cheese
    (2) cups cooked shrimp

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cube bread and set aside
Beat eggs and mix in milk and seasonings. Add to the mix the bread, cheese and shrimp.
Pour in 11x7 baking dish (or casserole) and bake uncovered for about an hour.
