Introduction

This is a beef soup almost like a stew that my family has enjoyed for years. This is a beef soup almost like a stew that my family has enjoyed for years.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 small head cabbage
    1 cup diced celery
    1 quart canned diced tomatos
    1 15 oz can kidney beans
    1 tsp chile powder
    4 cups water

Directions

Brown beef and place in large pot add onion, cabbage, celery, add 4 cups water and cook down for 30 minutes, then add kidney beans, tomatos, and chile powder, if necessary add more water and cook another 30 minutes. If you want you may add salt and pepper to taste now.
