HG Chocolate Cupcakes

Introduction

Light version of a chocolate cupcake (no frosting) Light version of a chocolate cupcake (no frosting)
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 packets Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa
    2 TBSP Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips
    .5 cup Egg Beaters
    1 tsp Splenda Granulated
    1/8 tsp Morton Iodized Salt
    2 cups Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Devil's Food Cake Mix
    12 oz boiling water

Directions

Preheat oven to 350d.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with paper liners or spray pan with nonstick spray
Mix cocoa packets and mini chocolate chips in a tall glass
Pour boiling water into glass and mix thoroughly
Place glass in freezer for 30 minutes.
When mixture in glass is chilled, mix with all other ingredients in mixing bowl.
Whisk together for 2 minutes.
Pour batter (which will be thin) into muffin cups
Bake for 15 minutes
