Herb and Tomato Chicken

Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 cup chopped white onion
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 tablespoon rosemary
    2 tablespoon oregano
    2 tablespoon basil
    1 cup sliced zucchini
    2 tablespoon olive oil
    I can diced petite tomatoes

Directions

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onion, garlic and zucchini and saute. Move to side of pan and brown chicken on both sides. Add herbs and diced tomatoes (fresh can be substituted when in season) simmer on low for 30 minutes.
