Light and Zingy Coleslaw

Submitted by: REVJVH

Introduction

This uses light mayonnaise and horseradish for a little extra zing. I'm guessing on the serving size, but I think it's about half a cup. This uses light mayonnaise and horseradish for a little extra zing. I'm guessing on the serving size, but I think it's about half a cup.

  • I made this with dill weed and some dill seeds. Also, I used an orange vinegar instead of rice vinegar because I didn't have any. It was awesome. - 3/31/11
