ED'S Chili

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Lbs. Lean Beef cut into bite size pieces
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Onion, medium, diced
    6 Cloves Garlic minced
    2 Cans Chile Beans in Spicey Tomato Sauce (15.5 oz)
    2 Cans Diced Tomatoes with Pepper and Onions (14.5 oz)
    1 Can Diced Tomatoes with Chilies (10 oz)
    1.5 tsp Cumin
    1.5 tsp Oregano
    1.5 tsp Paprika
    1.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
    6 tbsp Chili Powder

Directions

Serves 12

Heat olive oil in pot and brown meat with onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add the Chili beans, diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions, diced tomatoes with chilies ,and Chipotle peppers in Adobo sauce to the pot. Add the remaining spices and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 30 minutes.
