1.5 cups gram cracker crumbs
0.5 cups Splenda
6 Tbsp. melted margarine
1.5 packages (8 oz each) fat free cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs. Milk
1 cup thawed lite cool whip
2 cups boiling water
1 (8 serving size) sugar free Jell-o Strawberry Jello
1.5 cups water
16-20 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed and drained (or fresh), unsweetened
Beat cream cheese, remaining Splenda, and milk until smooth. Gently stir/fold in whipped topping. Spread over crust and refridgerate.
Meanwhile, stir boiling water into Jello until dissolved. Stir in cold water. Refridgerate 1.5 hours or until slightly thickened. Stir in strawberries, and spoon over cream cheese mixture.
Refridgerate atleast 3 hours, or until firm. Cut into 20 squares.
Makes 20 servings.
