Ingredients

    2 Cups nonfat milk
    1 Tbs whip cream, nonfat
    2 Tbs cottage cheese
    2 Tbs peanut butter, reduced fat
    1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Blend everything together and then chill. 1 serving is 8 ounces, but you can have more.
