Wahoo Chili

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs organic grassfed beef, bison, or wild venison
    2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
    2 cans organic tomato sauce (campbells has HFCS), plus 2 cans water
    1 (8oz) can tomato sauce, plus 1 can water
    3 cans diced tomatoes
    3 cans organic kidney beans
    2 tbsp chili powder
    1 tsp tobasco sauce
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp paprika

Directions

Saute beef with onion, bell peppers, celery, and garlic until browned. Add in remaining ingredients and cook on low or in slow cooker for 3-4 hours, until thick.
