4 cups water
2 cups long grain white rice
6 cups of milk (fat free, 1% or 2%)
1 cup Splenda
1 cup raisins
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp vanilla extract.
Add milk, splenda, raisins and spices. Continue cooking over low heat until most of milk is absorbed.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Makes 8 1-cup servings
