Potato Salad

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 medium Potatoes
    6 large Eggs, boiled
    1 medium Onion, chopped
    1/2 cup Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Milk

Directions

Boil potatoes until soft. Set aside to cool. Remove skin and cube. Place in bowl.
Boil eggs until hard, remove shell and quarter. Add to bowl.
Add onion to bowl and gently mix.
In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and milk until well blended. Pour over potato-mixture.
Serve with BBQ.
