Veggie Chili(1 cup serving)

Ingredients

    1 Medium onion cut in strips
    1large green pepper cut in strips
    2 t. minced garlic
    2 T. Olive oil
    1 pkg Morningstar Griller crumbles
    1 can Bush's Chili Beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can RoTel
    4 T. chili powder

Directions

Saute vegetables and griller crumbles in Olive oil until tender. add beans and tomatoes and chili powder. Put in Crock pot and simmer all night. Makes approximately twelve 1 cup servings.
