Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Milk, 2%, 2 cup
    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *Canola Oil, 6 tbsp

Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (F) Fill each the muffin tin bottom with 1 tblsp cooking oil. Heat for 10 minutes

In a medium bowl beat eggs, flour, milk and salt. Beat till batter is smooth; being careful not to overbeat.
3.
Heat the cooking oil
Pour batter into hot oiled muffin tin, fill to 3/4 full.
4.
Decrease oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes more.
Serve hot
