Lentil Loaf

    1.0 cup Onions, Chopped
    1.0 cup Celery, raw, finely chopped
    1.0 cup Peppers, sweet red, raw, finely chopped
    6 cloves Garlic, minced
    2 cups Red Lentils, Cooked
    0.75 cup Green Split Peas, Cooked
    0.25 cup Black Lentils, fully cooked
    2 cups Steelcut Oatmeal, Cooked
    2 Tbsp Tahini


1. In large pan add together all the lentils, onions, celery and minced garlic.
2. Add Chicken or Vegetable Broth.
3. Bring mixture to a boil, then lower to medium high.
4. Cook for about 60 minutes, until all the vegetables are cooked and the mixture is fairly thick.
5. Add the Cooked Steel Cut Oatmeal and stir to mix.
6. Taste and adjust seasonings by adding some ground black pepper and/or salt.
