Teriyaki Chicken Stirfry

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast
    1 cup chopped broccoli
    1 carrot, chopped
    1 cup julienned zucchini
    1/3 cup sliced onions
    1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

Directions

Heat olive oil in skillet, add chicken breast to cook. When cooked, remove from heat and cut into bitesize pieces. Add all vegetables to pan, sautee 5 min until tender, add teriyaki sauce and chicken, sautee an additional 3 min, and serve over brown rice.
