Mango Chili Chicken

Ingredients

    1/2 c mango chutney
    2 tsp chili garlic sauce
    1 tsp ginger root, minced
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    2 tsp oil
    2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless and sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 sm onion, sliced
    1 mango, sliced

Directions

In a small bowl combine chutney, chili garlic sauce, garlic, ginger, set aside. Heat oil in wok and add chicken. Cook 3-4 min. add peppers and onions, cook 1 min. Stir in sauce, top with mangos and serve over rice. Serves 4.
