*Light* Chicken Alfredo

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Box (1 lb) of Whole Wheat Rigatoni (or your favorite whole wheat noodle)
    1 jar of Cheesy Ragu Light Parmesan Alfredo
    2 pieces of chicken (about 5 oz each)

Directions

Cook noodles as directed on package.

While noodles are cooking, slice chicken into small pieces, and cook in a pan using cooking spray until there is no pink left in the center.

Pour sauce into a pan and cook on very low heat (sauce will continue to cook once all ingredients are combined).

Once all ingredients are done, combine in the pan that the noodles were cooked in, and toss on low heat for about 2 mins.
