Ingredients

    One Thomas whole grain english muffins
    One Morning Star Sausage Patty.
    4 oz. of Egg Beaters Egg Substitute.

Directions

While toasting and english muffin.
Put a small amount of oil or margerine in a microwave egg poacher.
Cook 4 oz of egg Beaters to desired doneness.
Take eggs out of microwave.
Nuke sausage Patty for 60 sec.
Place all ingrediants on Toasted Muffin.
Eat and smile.
Compare Fat Calories to Mickey D's version.
